Refund policy

Returns:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless KRINGLE DESIGNS packed an item(s) that does not match the invoice. ***YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATLY*** at RADIODJMAN1963@HOTMAIL.COM. If and error occurred on KRINGLE DESIGNS behalf, KRINGLE DESIGNS will decide to either A. Let you keep the item and send out the correct item(s) at no charge. B. Issue an MRA (material return authorization) number and send for the item(s). Once received and inspected, we will then ship the replacement item(s) at no charge. C. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges (if applicable).

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. ***YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATLY*** at RADIODJMAN1963@HOTMAIL.COM. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Once received and inspected, the item(s) will be exchanged and reshipped at no charge or refunded.

Order cancellations (if applicable)

In the event of an order cancellation request, there will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. We have operating costs involved with every order and those costs will be recuperated.
