Shipping policy

When ordering, any estimated shipping time given (which generates from the shipping company) is for the "shipping time" once the order leaves our facility and does NOT include the processing time through our warehouse. ANY ESTIMATIONS ARE STRICTLY GUIDELINES AND NOT POLICY. We process orders 7 days a week and ship 6 days a week (when applicable). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Whenever possible, orders will be combined. All orders are processed in the order they are received to be fair to everyone.

Processing and shipping times can and will increase during peak times such as holidays, Kringle Designs promotions, large influx of orders or shipping issues with shipping companies i.e. a pandemic.

Any order over $500 will require an adult signature...this is added for your protection and ours. The insurance we apply to any shipment DOES NOT cover for theft due to porch pirates. Additionally, ANY THEFT DUE TO PORCH PIRATES OR UNSECURE LOCATIONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We have no control over theft outside of our possession and no recourse against the shipping entities once the package is delivered.
